I’m a founding partner at Persuasion Dynamics, based in Tallinn and working with clients across Europe. We help B2B firms, founder-led companies, and ambitious organizations clarify their positioning, align sales and marketing, and build marketing systems that deliver measurable growth.

Biography
Born and raised in Zürich, in Tallinn since 2006. Outside of work, I like to keep things active and varied: training in Krav Maga, hiking, and spending time with my family. Occasionally I take fishing gear out, though it sees more fresh air than fish. I’m also a lifelong melomaniac with a record collection that ranges from Steve Reich and Keith Jarrett to King Crimson and Van Halen.
For me, variety is fuel—whether in music, reading, or time outdoors. It keeps me sharp, balanced, and ready to take on the kind of ambitious challenges that define both Persuasion Dynamics and the clients we partner with.
